The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. A bathroom with shower is adjacent to the bedroom. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. Bed linen is provided and changed at your convenience. However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided. An outside parking space is available free of charge, subject to availability. If you wish to use the residence's private car park, the supplement is €40/month (also subject to availability). During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services: fitness room with free access, coin-operated laundry with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards, living room with terrace and lake view. Here you can enjoy cable TV with a giant screen, free-access table football, and drinks and sweets dispensers, free wifi access throughout the residence. Optional paid services: TV hire: €1/day. Please arrive BEFORE 5pm. After this time we will not be able to welcome you. A deposit of one month's rent will be required on arrival.
