The keys will only be given to you once you have paid the security deposit, presented your identity card and signed the inventory and general conditions. RETARD: Your host's mobile phone will be given to you one week before your arrival. If you suffer a delay on arrival, please contact him/her directly by phone at least 1 hour before the meeting. If you are more than 45 minutes late and you have not notified your host, you will be charged an additional fee of €50. CHECK-OUT: Departure will be scheduled with your host upon arrival. Your departure must take place before noon. If your departure is scheduled before the opening hours, an additional fee of 50 € will be charged directly to your host. Otherwise you can leave the keys in the mailbox of the agency in Montparnasse free of charge. In this case, the inventory and departure will take place after your departure. If you wish to proceed this way, please contact us at least 48 hours before your departure to obtain the access code to the agency's mailbox. The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m.
