This flat is a three-roomed flat with a weighted surface area of 56 square metres Carrez law (much larger for the floor area: 76 m²). It is located rue Etienne Marcel in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, near rue Montorgueil. It offers a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom on the lower level with shower and window, and a separate toilet on the same level. Upstairs there is another separate WC and a laundry room with the second bedroom. Please note that the duplex configuration is not suitable for young children (under 5 years old) or elderly people. The bedroom on the first floor is under the roof with access via a spiral staircase. It is not possible to stand upright over the whole area so again this room is not suitable for the elderly or very tall people. The flat is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people, for a business trip or a long term stay. The flat is located on the 5th floor. Please note that you have to take the stairs to the 1st floor and that you have a small lift to go from the 1st floor to the 5th floor.
