Very nice apartment located on the heights of Nice, 20 mins from the beach in a beautiful residential environment. Close to the Matisse museum, it can accommodate 6 people to spend an unforgettable stay. Large apartment with open and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, living room with large screen TV, WIFI, sofa that can be used as an extra bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, beautiful terrace equipped with a table that can accommodate 6 people and overlooking gardens, view of the hinterland of Nice. Nearby, shops, supermarket, facilitate the daily life. The city center is accessible by bus N°5 (10 mins), by car (15 mins) and by foot (45 mins). Suitable for children (2-12 years). Suitable for babies (under 2 years old). No pets allowed. Events not allowed (parties for more than 6 people, various celebrations...etc...). Please accept the rules before booking. Cleaning fees are to be paid upon arrival (100€) as well as possible late arrival fees: 15€ from 8pm to 11pm and 25€ after 11pm. Smokers are not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with an ashtray...thank you. Thank you for doing the dishes before leaving the apartment, for putting the dirty laundry on the floor, for closing the windows and turning off the lights and heating if necessary. The respect of the peace and quiet of the building is imperative. No noise pollution from 10pm to 8am.
