A parking space is available in the basement with lift. Very well equipped, all the furniture of the studio is new: rapido sofa, oven, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster... Large bathroom of 5.5m2. I had a wonderful 10-month stay. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The studio is perfectly arranged for one person. The kitchen was well equipped. With a garden offering a private and green space. The owners were welcoming and attentive. They were always available. In summary, I can only warmly recommend this studio.
