There is a bus stop (19) and a station 'le vélo' (shared bikes) at 2 minutes from the house. You are in the centre of Marseille in 25 minutes. A comfortable living room with a large table and an open kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, juice extractor,...). 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large wardrobe, one with two single beds, a mezzanine and a desk. That's why we leave tasteful and quality furniture, decorative objects and equipment (kitchen, household appliances) here. Please treat these items with the utmost care. Should an accident occur, please inform us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement, repair or cleaning as soon as possible. Use placemats and trivets before placing plates, glasses or dishes on the wooden tables. Cover the sofa with its plaid when there is a risk of stains (aperitif, drawing activities or other). Respect: Use the terrace with respect for the neighbours. The house will be cleaned before and after your departure, but please leave the house as you found it: fridge empty, rubbish out, furniture and objects in their place. The house will return to you and you will have a pleasant stay close to the beach, the town and the calanques. The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m.
