There is plenty of storage space, a hoover, iron and ironing board, crockery and bed linen. You will have access to a parking space in front of the residence, a letterbox and access to the cellar (optional). The tenant must report any incidents to me and undertakes not to replace small or large household appliances with other brands or models without my permission. The same applies to furniture and any other equipment provided with the accommodation. The bins must be sorted downstairs in the cellar. The tenant undertakes to respect selective sorting and, if he/she so wishes, to use the compost provided by the co-ownership, but in compliance with the rules of the latter.
