It is a whole, new apartment with an equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. The studio is located 8 minutes walk from the metro (line 7, direct in 25 minutes to Paris city centre via Opera, Louvre Museum, Place de Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville...). close to Charles de Gaulle airport (20 min by taxi), Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord and Stade de France (15 minutes direct by bus). all shops nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, local market, bakery, etc... The accommodation is non-smoking. Please turn off the light before leaving the premises (even for a small errand). The studio is heated by an inertia radiator which alternates comfort and economy while conserving heat. Please inform us if you wish to raise or lower it to avoid disturbing it. It has an open window detector function, so if you wish to ventilate the studio, it is best to turn the radiator off. However, be aware that there is a VMC that constantly renews the air and whose speed you can increase. For the dustbins: There are two small dustbins in the studio. One for food and one for plastic and cardboard. Outside you have 3 bins: brown = food (to put in bags), yellow and blue are the same = cardboard and plastic. Glass bottles should be placed next to the bins. They will be taken care of. Thank you in advance for your understanding. The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE.
