In order to respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, do not leave the doors and windows open if you use the air conditioning or heating, turn off the garden lights when you go to bed. All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. Please do not throw anything into the toilet bowls, except for toilet paper (waste garbage cans available). The WEBER electric barbecue is at your disposal, the aluminium tray must be filled with water before each use and then emptied, please clean the BBQ grill before leaving (brush provided). Parking is as follows: 1 car inside the yard, you cannot park on the street in front of the house. Additional cars can be parked in the parking lots near the Chemin de Vallauris. Please raise the awning of the terrace when leaving the house and in case of wind. A shower is available in the front yard to rinse your equipment and feet when you return from the beach. Safety and good manners instructions. The safety of your children and yourself is entirely your responsibility under all circumstances. For safety reasons, we recommend that you lock the door at the top of the stairs at night. Please close the automatic gate when leaving the house. Please close the automatic gate behind you when arriving and lock the front door. In case of emergency, please call for help (18 for the fire department, 15 for the ambulance, 17 for the police). Mandatory cleaning package at the end of your stay: 160€. Before your departure. Please put your bed linen and towels in the laundry bag at your disposal. Please start the dishwasher. Please empty your household waste. Garbage cans are available in the kitchen (grey garbage can for household waste and grey bin for packaging and plastics). Thank you for respecting the rules of sorting in the external garbage cans to be put at the entrance of the condominium. House access. For your information, the GPS will take you to the INTERLAND road, continue on the main road for 100 meters to find the entrance of the Domaine des Oliviers on your right. The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m.
